Private Dance Lessons for singles or couples are personalized with your needs and schedule in mind. You’ll discuss a plan with your teacher to reach your goal more quickly, without the limitations of group learning.

If you have taken personal training, private golf lessons, private cooking lessons, private tutoring, etc. you’ll know the true value and benefit of one-on-one instruction. Ballroom dance lessons and most social dance lessons are available with DanceWell staff. * The cost is the same whether by yourself or with a partner.
How to “Book” a Private Lesson Request
You can request a private lesson by:

- Or using CLASS SEARCH (same booking system as group classes — just switch to the Private Lessons tab)
Many students combine private lessons with our group classes — it’s one of the fastest ways to improve and have more fun on the dance floor!
Two easy ways to join our group dance classes:
- Dropping in for a single group class? Use DROP IN SCHEDULE — quick and easy.
- Joining a regular weekly series, prepay, or membership? Use CLASS SEARCH — browse monthly series by level & location and prepay for the best rates.
We recommend mixing both — private lessons for personalized progress and group classes for weekly social practice and fun!

We encourage students to take a combination of both group and private to accelerate your learning experience. For smoother transitions between classes and lessons we work on a 50-55-minute hour.
