CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES

For Group Classes: As in college programs, credits and refunds for missed classes are made only if the class series is cancelled or for emergency situations. Coaching sessions are available for you to make up missed class material. If an emergency withdrawal from a class is necessary during a series, classes already attended will be charged at our full Per Day Rate and a credit will be held for you in our system if there is no credit card on file. There is no charge for early cancellation of class series prior to the first day of class and any credit can be gifted to another person.

For Private Coaching Sessions: Change your lesson schedules through your DanceWell Profile at any time (under Current Schedule). There is no charge for early cancellation or rescheduling of lessons if a 24-hour notice is given. The early notice gives our instructors time to reschedule others in the cancelled hour. If you simply do not come in to the lesson without previous notice you could be charged the price of the lesson. If a Lesson package is cancelled for emergency reasons, lessons taken will be charged at our full rate and a credit held for you in our system. This credit amount can be gifted to another person if you wish.

PACKAGES AND REFUND POLICIES

For Private Lessons: Students may decide to buy a package of 5 or 8 Private Lesson appointments to get a significant discount.  However, our individual private lesson rates are very reasonable and the best value in the industry.  You may choose to buy your private lessons one at a time.

Private Lessons in a prepaid discounted package are valid for one year from purchase the purchase date.  After one year from purchase date the discounted pricing expires and retains only the paid value, less the value of services redeemed.  If at least 30 days have passed since purchase an administrative fee of 10% will also be deducted from the total purchased.

All value/lessons expire after 5 years from date of purchase.
